Jasmin Sky Harding is a special needs mother of three and an international business consultant born and raised in Nassau County New York. She served her community as a small business banking specialist from 2015 - 2020. In 2021 she relocated to Atlanta GA and took on a new role as an international business consultant. Shortly after she launched her first consulting firm and began working with entrepreneurs worldwide covering topics like financial literacy, business development and business management.

Within the last 5 years a shift in the financial climate came when new currencies and digital payment options were introduced to the business world. Many clients and business partners sought out education around these financial developments and BuildingSky was there to assist. In 2024, BuildingSky became one of the first firms to offer group webinars and workshops around financial subject matters. Later in 2024 as social media, video game monetization and college NIL deals were introduced, Jasmin Sky felt the organization needed to expand their focus to teens.

In 2025, with the support of clients and community partners Jasmin Sky founded Teenpreneur Global Inc. Teenpreneur Global is a non-profit 501c3 pending organization that curates Teenpreneur events. These events are designed to empower our youth and their families on various aspects of financial literacy through games, role playing and community involvement. At each event all teens are provided with school supplies, and each location is selected with sensory needs and inclusivity in mind.
